Private GP Extra was set up in 2012 by an experienced GP and physiotherapist team, Dr Adam Simon and Jacqui Simon who each have more than 20 years experience in their fields.

Following my consultation with Dr O'Neill, and my subsequent ENT referral at The Alexandra Hospital, the next day my clinical situation was diagnosed immediately and a clear plan put in place. Dr O'Neill has been the most amazing GP for me the last couple of times I saw her. I was very sceptical as to either the need for or the likely benefits resulting from a dietary change requiring a fundamental change in lifetime eating habits but, having followed the very straightforward advice for six months, I have become a convert. The reasons for this "born again" evangelism are that in my late sixties I now have my more energy, better concentration and rarely disturbed sleep. And there is less of me, but what there is has all vital health indicators flashing green, whereas prior to this they were not. There is nominal willpower required in sustaining this approach- I can unequivocally recommend it.
